This sounds kinda weird imo, what u do, kick 3/4 of the raid after this fight to bring the dps back in?

Nah you need all those DPS still to kill adds that tanks need to get... most likely assign 2 healers to mana draining themselves into the boss lady while 4-5 watch the raid that is taking dmg from adds.

31 is a reference to the "joke" that Icecrown would have over 31 bosses. People took it seriously and now Blizz is just poking fun at them.
