theres an acheivement for this to heal her back up in under 31 mins.........

That's probably (hopefully) just an arbitrary filler number for the PTR, since they've done the same thing for 3.1 and 3.2 raid achievements in the past.

It wouldn't surprise me to see DPS tanking many of the adds if they come in packs. Similar to Thorim and other AoE tanking situations, Jack.
